This is a vision that raises - like it or not - many an ethical question. However why exactly one is never sure because it is a fairly attractive object as the heart may well desire; for the head is never sure what the heart wants but that's ok because the heart doesn't care what the mind thinks. This is one of the lessons of 'The Lord of the Flies'.
